The Thompson MIS TLIF system is elegant in its simplicity.

A unique minimally invasive patented interbody fusion system that allows the surgeon to place a tall implant into the disc space via an insert and rotate method. The cannulated implant inserter then allows for the patient’s own bone, harvested from the surgical site using the proprietary BoneBac Press system, to fill the disc space with morselized autograft. This unique system allows for disc space, foraminal height, and canal restoration while fully packing the disc space with the patient’s own bone. Total reduction of spondylolisthesis slips can then be achieved with percutaneous pedicle screws. Fusion rates have been documented as greater than 95%.
